About
the show

A landmark new production of Eugene O’Neill’s ‘monumental masterwork’ (Time Out), Long Day’s Journey Into Night, is now playing at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre, directed by award-winning director Jeremy Herrin.

This Pulitzer Prize-winning play offers a poignant portrayal of a summer day in the life of the Tyrones, echoing Eugene O’Neill’s own chaotically dysfunctional family. ‘Mesmerising and profoundly moving’ (The Independent), this 2024 production of Long Day’s Journey Into Night delves into a compelling narrative of love, hate, betrayal, and addiction, exploring the impossible fragility of family bonds.
